The Loving Kindness practice reminds me of the Judeo-Christian practice. Do Unto Others as You Would have them do unto you. It is a practice done for several decades. This time I am really focusing on it. The anger and hatred contained only bring dis-ease to the body. The Loving Kindness practice keeps reiterating the universal need for mankind to use it.
The area from my integral assessment that needs immediate attention is lower left quadrant. This is the area I have been running from. Dealing with family issues, it is my intention to focus this area. The root of all present growth depends on coming to terms with my family. This will be dealing with my core.
The exercise is one that I created. There are several hurts and mistakes in our families. A social gathering with the focus to put these issues on the table. First, ground rules will be established. It is important to talk things out without losing tempers or storming out.

Loving Kindness and the Subtle Mind
The loving kindness practice starts the psychospiritual flourishing. Our attention is taken off ourselves. This way loving kindness will attract loving kindness.Visualization about a wise person allow feelings of great love and tenderness to fill your heart. Turning your attention on yourself, the body sensation either pleasant or unpleasant give them your love. You want to loosen any attachment to your sensations. Visualizing that wise person suffering, I took the suffering on the inbreath and release health and joy on the outbreath. Next take this method with a group of people.
The subtle mind is the beginning of developing the inner healer. This cannot be done without taming and training the mind. The mind wanders with random thoughts. The first level of the subtle mind focuses the mind. The mind is continuously train to focus and not wander from thought to thought. As the mind becomes still, There is a witnessing of the natural rising and falling of thoughts. The level of calm-abiding our mind is undisturbed by thoughts and feelings. No longer have reactionary feelings and wisdom replaced confusion. The evening news does not raise our blood pressure. We are creating the foundation for unity consciousness. There is a deeper insight into our life. There is interconnection with all of life.
The contrast is that the individual has to develop loving kindness before developing the subtle mind. All garments of selfishness must be discarded. The subtle mind cannot develop without the discarding of self.
To truly obtain wellness, mind-body-spirit must be developed. Returning to active physical activities, it is understandable the body can not develop wellness without mind and spirit. The Loving Kindness and Subtle Mind practices showed that lack of development. As my physical health improved, I continue to have a wandering mind. The Practices showed the necessity of a focus mind.

Loving Kindness Practice
1. Describe your experience. (Did you find it beneficial? Difficult?) Why or Why not? Would you recommend this to others? Why or Why not?
Dacher suggested the Loving Kindness practice first thing in the day. My other practices will be the first thing done in the day. After few hours of activities, it may make a difference in the practice. It was beneficial but difficult. As I listened to Harriet Cianci by the time, my enemies were at first of me. I found myself drifting off to sleep. There was a refreshing feeling by the end of the Loving Kindness practice. This may have been because I fell asleep. I will continue doing the practice but first thing in the day.
2. What is the concept of “Mental Workout?
Any type of training requires practice. We can not develop our psychospiritual life and access its capacities without daily practices.
What does the research indicate are the proven benefits of a Mental Work Out? We will be well to the road to health, happiness and wholeness with moderate effort.
How can you implement mental workouts to foster your psychological health? I must be consistent each morning with the practice. Slacking up on a physical or mental workout, I can return to step one.
The Loving Kindness practice would excellent for someone trying to deal anger management.

On A Scale from 1 to 10
My physical wellbeing is a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. I walk briskly an average of 6 days out of 7days. I monitor My heart aerobic rate is checked several times a week. Food intake is monitor for nutrient consumed.
My spiritual wellbeing would be an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. My spiritual well being is the most important wellbeing for me. Throughout the day, there is time for communication with the God within.
My psychological well-being is 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. There are stressors that take me off my course.
Incorporate on regular schedule strength and resistance training would be goal for physical wellbeing. Continuing my time with God but silencing the distractions in my mind. This would be my spiritual well-being. The goal for my psychological well-being would be changing the focus. Continues to list tasks but without changing my focus.
The Crime of the Century was beneficial. It is very relaxing. Sitting in a chair, the exercise put me to sleep. Deep breathing does relax. It did release all the stress in my body.

Autogenic Training
I found the exercise surprising. The speaker's voice was relaxing. He guided me through the visualizing the actions to my body parts. My arms did get heavy and effort was needed to lift it. A pain developed in my left butt cheek. I drifted asleep at the end of the exercise. When I awoke no pain!
Asclepian Healing
The oath of Hippocrates taken at the time of graduation from medical school begins with "I swear by Apollo,Asclepius,Panacea andHygeia..." Doctors are upholding a rich heritage of holistic medicine? Unfortunately, many of those doctors are allopathic physicians. It is awesome the process in ancient Greece. Let go of something! Is that not what we do today? Our eating habits must be changed. The mental baggage has to be eliminated. A renewed commit to your spirituality has to be obtained.
Welcome
