My physical wellbeing is a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. I walk briskly an average of 6 days out of 7days. I monitor My heart aerobic rate is checked several times a week. Food intake is monitor for nutrient consumed.
My spiritual wellbeing would be an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. My spiritual well being is the most important wellbeing for me. Throughout the day, there is time for communication with the God within.
My psychological well-being is 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. There are stressors that take me off my course.
Incorporate on regular schedule strength and resistance training would be goal for physical wellbeing. Continuing my time with God but silencing the distractions in my mind. This would be my spiritual well-being. The goal for my psychological well-being would be changing the focus. Continues to list tasks but without changing my focus.
The Crime of the Century was beneficial. It is very relaxing. Sitting in a chair, the exercise put me to sleep. Deep breathing does relax. It did release all the stress in my body.
Bernadette,
ReplyDeleteHow cool that you actually fell asleep during the meditation "crime of the century". I think that shows how very relaxed you got.
I love your exercise schedule. Brisk walking burns the most fat and helps build muscle too.
Six days out of seven in the week, is fantastic!

Hi Bernadette,
ReplyDeleteI like the way you've got your schedule going on. It seems like you lead a very relaxing and peaceful way of life. =)
I say stick with the formula you've got and before you know it, you will have surpassed your goals ten fold.
