Introduction:
When observing allopathic healthcare providers over the years, there seems to be a lack of following the healthcare regime. An obese nurse with health problems does not set an example. Health and Wellness professionals may not have master psychological, spiritual, and physical development but it is important to show that you are seriously working to it.

Hello! This is a great plan of health. I think your goals are wonderful for the areas that you feel you need to work on. I can definitely relate with you on your spiritual goal. I feel like I am spiritual, but I could definitely try to keep it just me and God when it comes to the time I set aside. I tend to have a busy mind. Keeping a journal is a great way to track your commitment. It can be very threaputic as well. Good luck to you in all these areas!
